Excercise is linked to better learning. Not that surprising. I was, however, surprised that stimulating environments didn't have an impact unless physical excercise was present.

Very interesting article. It looks like schools should have more physical activity included like they used to. Although some probably do. I also recently saw an article that claims that strength training helps prevent alzheimers.
